Changing your mind

You have fourteen days from the day your parcel arrives to tell us you want to return it, and you do not have to give a reason. You then have another fourteen days to post it back.

How to start one

Email mail@spooksthecat.com with your order number and say you would like to return your order. A short message is enough.

Getting your money back

Once the product is back with us you are refunded within fourteen days, to the same method you paid with. That includes the standard postage you paid to receive it. Posting it back is at your own cost.

The condition it comes back in

Please send things back unused, in the state they reached you, and with whatever they came in. Anything that has been used or opened cannot go to somebody else, so it can only be refunded in part or not at all.

If it arrives damaged

That is not a return, it is our problem. Email a photograph to mail@spooksthecat.com and you will get a replacement or your money back, whichever you would rather. You do not need to post it back, and you pay nothing.
