Where we post

Most of Europe, and a growing list beyond it. Orders go out from the Netherlands, by post, packed by hand.

If your country is not offered at checkout, email mail@spooksthecat.com and we will usually add it. The list is short because every order is packed by one person, not because we would not like to send Spooks to you.

What it costs

Postage is worked out at checkout, before you pay, based on what you have ordered and where it is going. Nothing is added afterwards.

How long it takes

Orders are packed and posted within a few working days. After that it is up to the post: usually a couple of days inside the Netherlands and Belgium, about a week elsewhere in Europe, and longer further away. These are not promises, because once a parcel is posted it is no longer in our hands.

Outside the European Union

If your parcel is going outside the EU, your own country may charge import duty, sales tax or a handling fee before it is delivered. That is charged by them, not by us, and it is not included in what you pay here. We cannot tell you in advance what it will come to, because it depends on where you are.

If it does not arrive

Email mail@spooksthecat.com. Post does occasionally lose things, and if yours is one of them you will get a replacement or your money back.
