What you are buying

Whatever the shop page describes: what it is, how big it is and what it is made of are written there. Everything sold here is drawn by Kylie van Kemenade, and the photographs are of the actual thing rather than a mock-up. Colours can look a little different on a screen than they do in your hand.

The price

Prices are shown on each product’s own page and again before you pay, and they include Dutch VAT at 21%. Postage is added at checkout. If your parcel is going outside the European Union, your own country may add import charges on delivery, which are not ours and are not included.

When the sale happens

Your order is accepted when you are emailed to confirm it. If something is out of stock, or an order cannot be filled, you are told and refunded in full.

Paying

Payment is handled by Shopify. Card details are given to them and never reach this site.

Changing your mind

You have fourteen days. Returns and refunds explains how.

If something goes wrong

Email mail@spooksthecat.com first. Most things are sorted out in a message or two. Dutch law applies to these terms, and nothing in them takes away the rights the law gives you as a consumer.
